Christine Brehm is a Florida Registered Paralegal and serving the firm’s Estate and Trust Administration clients. Chris is responsible for all phases and aspects of estate and trust administration, including preparation of Court pleadings, marshalling assets and maintaining inventories, compilation of Federal Estate Tax and Fiduciary Income Tax information, post-mortem planning, and Federal Estate Tax Return preparation.
Chris began her career in 1990 as a Paralegal in upstate New York until relocating to Florida in 1995. From 1995- 2012 she worked as an estate and trust administration and estate planning paralegal for both nation-wide and boutique law firms. After retiring as the Senior Case Manager and Supervisor from the State of Florida’s Eighteenth Judicial Circuit Probate Division, she began working with Herron Keller Moore in its Probate Administration Department. Chris’ combined experience as a paralegal and Senior Case Manager and Supervisor, knowledge of Florida Statutes and familiarity with court procedures and requirements provides Herron Keller Moore and our clients with significant added value.
Chris’ certifications include: Florida Registered Paralegal, National Center for State Courts, Institute for Court Management – CCM, Certified Court Manager; National Center for State Courts, Institute for Court Management – CCE, Certified Court Executive; and Criminal Justice Information System Security & Awareness Training – Level 2. Chris is a Florida Notary Public.
